Refund Policy

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Refunds are paid by Paddle to your original payment method.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Membership. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access until then. You will not be charged again.

Refunds

You can request a refund within 14 days of any payment. We refund the unused part of your billing period, based on the number of days left. When a refund is made, your subscription is cancelled and your access ends.

Payments are not refundable after 14 days.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Paddle's Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.
